The story of my life is horrific. Therefore, you will understand why I always give God all of the praise. The trials and tests have produced these testimonies, and I am alive to share. I will share in my experiences that no matter what you go through in life, you can Keep Going and Growing!
Back when I was younger in my teenage years, I was what you considered a go-getter, what I mean about a go-getter is I never took NO for an answer. I was somewhat of a people pleaser. But no matter what I made a way to stand and be confident in everything that I did whether it was right or wrong, through the tests and trials that I have experienced, I learned that no matter what if you trust God, he will see you through, I can honestly say that I could’ve been dead and gone or I could’ve been serving time in prison, but through my story, through my faith, through the trials and tribulations I thank God for shielding me all the way.
Synopsis: A woman, suspicious of her partner's intentions, sets up a hidden camera in her bedroom. Her fears are confirmed when he is caught packing his belongings and leaving her a cold farewell note, along with a paltry sum of money. The devastating blow comes when she discovers she is pregnant with twins, only for her partner to dismiss her claims. The stress and heartbreak lead to the tragic loss of one of the twins, a vanishing twin syndrome. Despite the odds, she finds strength and medical support to carry her daughter to term. Throughout this ordeal, her partner remains absent, offering no support or comfort, highlighting his callous nature and the woman's resilience in the face of adversity. .
Giving birth to a disabled child at the age of sixteen did something to me. It changed me into a strong young woman instantly, and I mean FAST! In my thoughts, I matured into a woman who wouldn’t settle for anything less than what I thought I deserved.
Until my side of the story was heard by a Public defender. Once again, ALL I can say is that I appreciate My God because this could’ve gotten me life in prison, God changed the District attorney’s heart! He lessened my charges from attempted murder and battery to aggravated assault with a weapon!
When I got married at 21 years old to my daughter’s father, I thought he was the man to help me come out of my sinful ways and do better. The sin of promiscuity and drinking for a while, but there was still HELL in my Life.
One day before I went to work I set up the camera and only positioned it to film my bedroom. He was planning to leave me and I had it all on tap. This particular day he was on the phone with his sister and packed all of his things and he did just that he left.
After a couple of hiccups, my head and heart couldn’t take it anymore, so I joined a church, got baptized, and took a vow to become celibate. It worked. I had not been intimate in about two years.
Out of the blue, I met back up with a childhood friend who, for some reason or another, I wasn’t interested in during those days. We met back up through a mutual friend; we clicked, and he was “EVERYTHING” that I needed, and I was ALL that he needed at the time.
But no matter what I made a way to stand and be confident in everything that I did whether it was right or wrong, through the tests and trials that I have experienced, I learned that no matter what if you trust God, he will see you through, I can honestly say that I could’ve been dead and gone or I could’ve been serving time in prison, but through my story, through my faith, through the trials and tribulations I thank God for shielding me all the way.
